How to make a payment on your loan

You can make a loan payment in four ways:

• In internet banking
• in internet bank
• At a bank branch
• At an Omniva representative office

When paying via internet banking, be sure to enter the reference number and include your loan number in the description. You can get both from our customer service. If you are paying to extend the loan, don't forget to include the word 'PIKENDAMINE' in the description — otherwise, the payment will be processed as a regular loan installment.
